Ren Wen is a professor and PhD supervisor of Sichuan University, China, who was a former Fulbright Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. She is regarded as one of the leading interpreters of China and interpreted on numerous occasions for international conferences, press conferences, business talks and for top-ranking officials from home and abroad, which include US Vice President Joseph Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama, former Governor General of Canada Michaëlle Jean, former Australian Prime Minister Robert Hawke, former New Zealand Prime Minister Mike Moore etc.

Dr. Jonathon Ryan,

Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand

Jonathon Ryan is a Member of Applied Linguistics Association of New Zealand (ALANZ), a Principal Academic Staff Member of Centre for Languages at Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec). He is a member of both Human Research Ethics Committee of Wintec and a committee member of Waikato TESOL. Dr. Ryan is a Wintec research leader and a reviewer of Journal of Pragmatics. He supervises post-graduate students and has research interests in Applied Linguistics, Discourse Analysis, and Problematic Communications.

Wang Huashu is the Vice Secretary General of the Localization Service Committee of the Translation Association of China, who is regarded as one of the leading researchers and promoters of localization service industry. He gained rich experiences in teaching and researching in top universities of China, such as Beijing University, Beijing Normal University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies etc. Dr. Wang has successively worked in many localization companies that are renowned at home and abroad. He has published many books and journal papers on software localization and computer-aided translation.

Prof. Monica Chiu,

University of New Hampshire, USA

Monica Chiu is a Professor of English at the University of New Hampshire, specializing in Asian American Studies, with a current focus on Asian/American Graphic Narratives and Manga. She was a former Fulbright Scholar at the University of Hong Kong. Prof. Chiu has won campus-wide and regional awards for her commitment to diversity, such as President's Excellence through Diversity Faculty Award (2008) and the Social Justice Award for Faculty Groups, recognizing her Ford Foundation-supported work on diversity and pedagogy (2007). The Organization New Hampshire Women in Higher Education Leadership presented her with an Emerging Professional Award (2008).
